Tropical Sour

A serious alternative to a gin sour, silky smooth with a citrus kick and the tropical flavours of Caleno light & zesty.

Ingredients
50ml
Caleno light & zesty
25ml
Fresh lime juice
25ml
Pineapple & chai syrup
15ml
Egg white or aquafaba
40g
Ice
Garnish

1 pinch edible rainbow petals

Method blended
  • Besides the egg white, blend all the ingredients for 5-8 seconds
  • Pour into a rocks glass and fill with ice
  • Sprinkle the petals over the top of the drink
