What is mindful drinking?

Mindful Drinking is a change in mindset, and about breaking habits.

Changing the way you think about and approach alcohol. Drinking mindfully doesn’t necessarily mean no alcohol, it means listening to your body and mind, and moderating the amount you consume. It might be a lower ABV drink, non alcoholic alternatives, or just drinking a bit less than usual. It could also involve drinks with potential health benefits, whether herbs and spices in a hot drink, or CBD in a cocktail.

Mindful drinking means a lot to me personally, as witnessing struggles won and lost with mental health have had a huge impact on my life.

No and Lo - you might have heard this term. The umbrella term for non alcoholic and low alcohol drinks. Over the last few years there has been a huge lean towards people wanting lower and zero alcoholic drinks. Forget sugary mocktails, these are serious alternatives to alcohol. Why are people drinking less alcohol? Mental health, fitness, calorie intake, and not having to deal with 4 year olds with a hangover!
